His vast and varied work experience includes being Head of Sound at the Bridgewater Hall, a freelance Audio Post Production Engineer, a Mixing and Mastering Engineer and even a College Lecturer teaching Live Sound Operation for Theatre at The Oldham College.

In his spare time, Dave occasionally carries out audio mastering projects, designs sound for a variety of media such as TV and video games, and likes to design and build transmission line speaker systems. He also volunteers for a local charity known as ‘Everyone Can’ who specialise in providing assistive technology for disabled adults and children.
