Sarah runs the business with her spouse Chris, and she believes professional success works on the same basis as personal success, believing communication is key. Both Chris and Sarah compliment each other with different skill sets; whilst Chris is the boss at work, Sarah is most definitely the boss at home!

Sarah has worked previously for 12 years within the civil service as a State Pension Specialist, and so moving to dBS Solutions was a natural progression with her experience. Sarah’s role at dBS Solutions is certainly more challenging, with Sarah being a key decision maker on the team.
