dBS Solutions are pleased to have supplied additional audio equipment for the Mercury Theatre’s production of Spamalot. This laugh out loud production, sound designed by our director Christopher Bogg, opened to critical acclaim in Colchester before heading to Korea to form part of this years Daegu International Music Festival.
The show’s sound design features Martin Audio and EM Acoustics speakers alongside the in-house Meyer system, Sennheiser radio mics with DPA and Decapo capsules controlled from a Digico SD9T console. Effects and playback are from one of our dual fully redundant Qlab systems. dBS Solutions also supplied talk back interfaces to the venue’s comms and radio network to ensure smooth calling of this busy show.
The show is currently in Korea with a touring Qlab solution but will be returning in September for a UK tour again supplied by dBS Solutions, for theatre production company Sell a Door Worldwide.
